AI demystified

Understand AI – and be better equipped to judge the possibilities

AI plays an ever larger role in companies, but it can be hard to tell real opportunities from limitations and myths.

On this 3-hour course you get an accessible introduction to what actually happens when a language model answers. You see why AI can deliver impressive results and at the same time be wrong with great confidence – and what that means when the technology is to be used in a company.

We also look at the differences and similarities between Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini, among others. The course is vendor-independent and gives you a better basis for judging the technology and the solutions you are presented with.

You need no technical background. The aim is that you leave better equipped to take part in the conversation when your company has to take a position on AI, assess the possibilities and decide where the technology can create value.
