AI, security & legislation
Put a framework in place for the responsible use of AI
Your employees are already using AI. So the question is not whether it happens, but whether it happens within limits you have set yourselves – with approved tools and clear rules on which data may be shared.
On this 3-hour course we turn GDPR, NIS2, the CRA and the AI Act into concrete everyday issues. What happens, for example, when an employee puts a customer document into an AI service? When do you need a data processing agreement? And which requirements are relevant to your organisation in particular?
A central part of the course is turning the requirements into usable ground rules for AI in the company – what is allowed, what is not, and who to ask when in doubt. The aim is not another document for the drawer, but guidelines that employees can understand and follow.
What you take away from the course
After the course you will have, among other things:
- an overview of how GDPR, NIS2, the CRA and the AI Act affect how the company uses AI

- insight into what to watch for with AI vendors and data processing
- a better basis for judging which requirements are relevant to your organisation
- concrete principles for approved tools, data and employee responsibility
- a draft AI use policy and an overview of what you should tackle first
