Build your own chatbot
Build a chatbot that answers from your own content
The same questions often come up again and again, even though the answers are already in your FAQ, guides, product sheets or other material.
On this hands-on one-day course you use Claude to build a chatbot based on your own content and the questions customers, colleagues or other users actually ask.
You gather and improve the material the chatbot is to answer from, and build a working prototype. Along the way we work on how the chatbot should answer, what limits it should have, and what it should do when it does not know the answer.
You also learn to test the chatbot with hard questions and to deal with operation, responsibility, personal data and GDPR.
What you take away from the course
During the course you will, among other things, work on:
- clarifying which questions the chatbot should be able to answer
- gathering and improving the content its answers are to be based on
- building a working chatbot with Claude
- defining tone, limits and what the chatbot should do when it does not know the answer
- testing the answers with hard questions and checking that they are based on the right material
- dealing with operation, responsibility, personal data and GDPR
You go home with a working prototype based on your own content and a concrete plan for what it takes to move on towards operation.
