Build your own knowledge base
Make your documents searchable and usable with Claude
On this hands-on one-day course you build a knowledge base on your own documents, so you can more easily find, compare and work with the knowledge you already have – without spending time searching manually through folders, minutes, notes and reports.
We use Obsidian as the foundation, where the material is kept as ordinary text files on your own computer, and connect Claude to it, so you can ask questions and work with information across your documents.
You work with your own files along the way and build a solution you can take home and develop further after the course.
What you take away from the course
During the course you will, among other things, work on:
- bringing structure to your own documents and gathering them in a usable knowledge base
- building and organising the knowledge base in Obsidian
- connecting Claude to the material and asking questions across your documents
- finding, comparing and analysing information with references to the relevant sources
- establishing a simple routine for adding new knowledge and keeping it up to date
- handling personal data and confidential material responsibly
You go home with a working knowledge base built on your own documents and practical experience of using Claude to find and work with the knowledge you already have.
