I work on software from architecture to code, with experience in backend, data integration and technical review among other things. The focus is on solutions that are robust, understandable and able to work in the reality they are part of.
Interim software leadership and development processes
When a software department needs experienced leadership for a period, a team needs a better way of working, or development processes need strengthening.
I have experience as department manager, team lead and project manager, and work with structure, collaboration and processes grounded in the actual organisation. Methods such as agile principles, PRINCE2 and CMMI are used where they add value – not as ends in themselves.
AI advisory and governance
When the company wants to find out where AI can actually create value – and how the technology can be used responsibly in the organisation.
I help turn possibilities and requirements into something concrete and usable. That can include workflows and the use of AI, as well as the technical and organisational aspects of GDPR, NIS2, the CRA and the AI Act.
