The short version: what the price covers, what happens if a course does not go ahead, and what to do if you cannot attend.

Prices

All prices are per participant and exclude VAT. The introductory price applies until the course has enough participants to go ahead.

The price shown when you booked is the price you pay — even if the price rises later.

Booking and payment

Your place is reserved once payment has gone through. Payment is by card via Stripe; card details never pass through eeng.dk.

You receive a confirmation by email with place, date and time. A course has room for 12 participants.

Booking closes two days before the course date, so the venue and catering can be arranged.

If I cancel

A course goes ahead when at least four people have paid. If there are fewer, I may cancel it — at the latest two days before the course date, when the catering has to be ordered.

You are notified straight away, and the full amount is returned automatically to the card you paid with. The money is back in your account within five working days. If you would rather move to another course, write to me and you get a place first.

I do not cover travel, accommodation, lost working time or any other costs you may have had.

If you cannot attend

Cancel at least 14 days before the course date and you get the full amount back.

After that the place is not refunded — but you may send someone else instead. Just let me know their name and email before the course.

Right of withdrawal for private individuals

If you buy as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, you have 14 days to withdraw from the day you booked. Write to jesper.esbensen@eeng.dk and you get the full amount back within 14 days.

If the course date falls within those 14 days and you attend, the right of withdrawal lapses once the course has been held.

If you buy on behalf of a business, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The cancellation rules above apply instead.

Changes to time and place

If I fall ill, or the venue becomes unusable, I move the course to a new date. If the new date does not suit you, you get your money back.

Minor changes to the programme may occur; the purpose and length of the course stay the same.

Course material

You may use the material freely within your own company. It may not be resold or used to teach others without an agreement with me.

If we disagree

Danish law applies. If we cannot settle it amicably, the case goes to the court in Sønderborg, Denmark.
